Due to large waves, the red flags were hoisted at South Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island; Kiu Tsui Beach in Sai Kung District; Lower Cheung Sha Beach in Islands District this afternoon (August 2). It is dangerous to enter the waters off these beaches.
