The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 2) is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to South Asian Lutheran Evangelical Mission Limited, Hok Yau Club, and Neighbourhood and Worker's Education Centre Limited to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
For enquiries on the regional flag day, members of the public can call the department's hotline at 2343 2255, or SWD headquarters at 2832 4311 during office hours.
