    Please broadcast the following special announcement this morning (July 29) and repeat it at frequent intervals.

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. China Education Association, HKUSU; Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power; and Rotary Club of Hong Kong City North Community Service Fund Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.

    For enquiries on the regional flag day, people can call the department's hotline at 2343 2255, or SWD headquarters at 2832 4311 during office hours.
