     "Here is an Education and Manpower Bureau special announcement concerning schools:

     As the Hong Kong Observatory expects that the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 is likely to be issued within the next few hours, classes of kindergartens, schools for physically handicapped children and schools for mentally handicapped children are suspended today."
