Tsuen Wan District Office's Building Management Resource Centre (New Territories West) is now accepting enrolments for a building management workshop entitled ¡§Understanding of Occupiers¡¦ Liability in Private Buildings¡¨ to be held on May 19 (Friday).
Representatives of Law Society of Hong Kong will brief participants with daily examples and cases on occupiers¡¦ liabilities under Deeds of Mutual Covenant, the Building Management Ordinance and Common Law.
The workshop will be held from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the Resource Centre, 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan. Interested parties may enrol at the centre or call 3515 5806 for more details.
