The Home Affairs Bureau is now inviting organisations to apply for the newly launched Children's Rights Education Funding Scheme 2006-07. The deadline for applications is April 21. The objective of the scheme is to raise public awareness and understanding of children's rights by providing financial support to organisations that wish to hold activities for that purpose.   Close
