    Please broadcast the following special announcement this morning (December 17), and repeat it at frequent intervals.

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Wai Ji Christian Service, Hong Kong Association for Cleft Lip and Palate and New Territories Women and Juveniles Welfare Association Ltd will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
