The "Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition 2005" will run from tomorrow (December 16) until March 5, 2006 at the Hong Kong Museum of Art. Featuring 6 works which won the prize of excellence and 102 works selected from the open art competitions held in June this year, the exhibition serves to reveal the vital vision of Hong Kong art. The picture shows the work "Wandering", one of the works of the prize of excellence, by Kan Chi-hung. The idea of the work was from the book "Chuang Tze". The artist further realized the vastness and immensity of the universe and nature. He gave form to the mountains and valleys of his mind with a sense of emptiness, coldness and wilderness.
