The "Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition 2005" will run from tomorrow (December 16) until March 5, 2006 at the Hong Kong Museum of Art. Featuring 6 works which won the prize of excellence and 102 works selected from the open art competitions held in June this year, the exhibition serves to reveal the vital vision of Hong Kong art. The picture shows one of the works of the prize of excellence, "No. 6 Wai Ha Village, Tung Tsz Rd, Tai Po, NT, HK", by Ching Chin-wai. The artist transformed different rooms into pinhole cameras, from which he photographed the scenery. The photographs not only document the particular relationship between architectural spaces and city spaces, but also exposed the imprints of the activities of the photographer inside the pinhole rooms.
