SJ attends ASEM conference

The Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, went to Shenzhen today (December 9) to attend the Asia Europe Meeting (ASEM) Prosecutors-General Conference.
The Prosecutors-General Conference is being held for the first time by the ASEM, an international forum with 39 member states from Asia and Europe. The current meeting is hosted by the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China.
The Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr Grenville Cross, SC, is also attending the meeting.
Mr Wong will return to Hong Kong tomorrow and Mr Cross will stay on until the end of the conference next Monday.
