Police are investigating a murder case in which a man was killed in Tsing Yi yesterday (December 5).
At about 8.25 pm on December 5, Police received a report that a man with injury was found lying in a corridor on a floor in On Pak House, Cheung On Estate.
Police officers sped to the scene and located the man who sustained chop wounds on his body lying on ground. Officers later found another 48-year-old man with chop wounds in a unit on the same floor.
The two men were rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital where the man who was found in the corridor was certified dead at 9 pm yesterday.
A post-mortem will be conducted later to ascertain the cause of the death of the deceased.
Investigations by District Crime Squad of Kwai Tsing are proceeding.
