The Tsuen Wan District Office's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (New Territories West) will organise the "Building Management Training Course 2006" for members of the public, especially security guards employed by owners' corporations (OC) or mutual aid committees (MAC) of private buildings, OC office-bearers and MAC members, wishing to update their knowledge and skills in building management.
The free four-session training course, to be conducted in Cantonese by representatives from professional bodies and government departments, will be held between January and March next year at the BMRC (New Territories West), first floor, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
