The Tsuen Wan District Office's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (New Territories West) will organise a workshop on professional mediation services in building management for members of the public, especially owners and tenants of private buildings, members of owners' corporations and mutual aid committees this month (December).
The free workshop will be held on December 16 (Friday) from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the BMRC (New Territories West), 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
Speakers at the workshop will be representatives from the Hong Kong Mediation Centre. They will explain to participants the concept of mediation services and handling of building management disputes by means of mediation.
