OFTA and Consumer Council promote consumer education on subscription of telecom services (with photo)

Posters featuring Chung King-fai and Tang Shui-man will be displayed at all MTR stations from November 25 onwards to remind consumers to read the contract terms and consider options carefully before subscribing to a telecom service.
