The Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works, Dr Sarah Liao, today (November 14) visited Wong Tai Sin District. Dr Liao spent some time at the Lung Cheung Road footbridge to observe the traffic conditions and listen to views on how improvements can be made to minimise the noise impact on residents.   Close
