Fresh provision shops found selling frozen meat as fresh meat (with photos)

The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) found three fresh provision shops at Kam Wa Street, Shau Kei Wan selling frozen mutton as fresh mutton in a blitz operation this afternoon (November 10). Photos show an FEHD officer inspecting the meat of a shop.
