The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, today (November 8) visited Tuen Mun Hospital where the Hospital Authority has conducted a drill -"Exercise Flamingo" to test the authority's contingency measures as well as public hospitals in the preparedness for a possible avian influenza pandemic.
