The following is the transcript of remarks by the Convenor of the Non-official Members of the Executive Council, Mr Leung Chun-ying, at a media session today (November 1):
Reporter: (about the division of task among non-official members)
Mr Leung: The division of responsibility among non-official members is in a relative way, not in an absolute way, as we hope to maintain certain degree of flexibility. Each non-official member of the Executive Council will devote particular attention to certain bureaux.
