| Located at the Southern tip of West Kowloon, the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade is decorated by 70 triangular lighting towers that form a one-kilometre-long "Dragon of Lanterns". To brighten this promenade, the Art Promotion Office of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department organised an outdoor art activity "Brighten the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade: Artist-On-Site Creative Action" today (October 30). Fifty-nine local artists were invited to add an artistic touch to the lighting towers by painting or doing calligraphy. |
