Four persons charged with conspiracy to defraud

Police today (October 29) charged four persons including three men and a woman aged between 19 and 32, each with one count of conspiracy to defraud.
The four persons, comprising a 27-year-old mastermind and two male and one female affiliates aged from 19 to 32, suspected to provide faked documents to job seekers for loans from financial companies since May this year.
They will appear at Kwun Tong Magistrates’ Courts on Monday (October 31).
The other 20 arrested persons have been bailed out pending further investigations.
