| The Director of Social Welfare, Mr Paul Tang Kwok-wai (middle front), hosts a Sharing and Briefing Session on the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged this afternoon (October 17). Mr Tang also announces the launch of the second round of applications for the fund.
During the briefing, successful Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and their business partners in the first round shared their experiences of building and sustaining a working partnership. About 400 guests from different business organisations and NGOs were present at today's event.
