Appeal for information on abandoned boy
*************************************** Police are anxious to locate the next-of-kin of a boy who was found abandoned in Tin Shui Wai this (October 15) morning.
At about 7 am, a passer-by found a boy, with slight injury around the mouth area, lying on the ground of Tin Pak Road Public Park in Tin Shui Wai. A report was then made to Police.
The boy is about 10-years-old, stands about one meter, thin build, with skinny hair and cannot speak. He was diagnosed to be mentally retarded.
When he was found, he was wearing a yellow T-shirt with a Chinese name ¡§Tsui Ho-yin¡¨ and ¡§born in the year 1995¡¨ written in the front, light yellow jacket and grey trousers.
Police urged relatives of the boy or anyone who has information to offer to contact Tin Shui Wai Police Station on 2448 5200.
