Enrolments are now welcome for an introductory course on building management, organised by the Home Affairs Department's Building Management Resource Centre (New Territories East).
Classes will be held on November 3 and 17, December 1 and 12 this year; and on January 5, 12 and February 13 next year.
Speakers come from the Fire Services Department, Judiciary, Buildings Department, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, Water Supplies Department, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
Members of Owners' Corporations and Mutual Aid Committees of private buildings will have priority in enrolments. Those who have attended at least five of the sessions will be awarded a certificate.
Each session will run from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the Resource Centre, Room 510, 5/F, Sha Tin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road, Sha Tin. Applicants may either enrol at the centre or call 2158 5433 for registration forms.
