"Names of Buildings" 2005 published
*********************************** The Rating and Valuation Department has published a new edition of the "Names of Buildings" which contains a comprehensive list of names of buildings in the territory, their addresses and age, in both Chinese and English.
For easier reference, the book is divided into two volumes. Volume 1 comprises names of buildings on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon, while Volume 2 provides names of buildings in the New Territories, including the Outlying Islands.
Printed copies are now available for sale at the Publications Sales Section of the Information Services Department. Orders for purchase can be made by telephone at 2537 1910, or by email to puborder@isd.gov.hk. The prices of Volumes 1 and 2 are $88 and $64 respectively. Entries in the book can also be viewed at the Rating and Valuation Department's homepage at http://www.rvd.gov.hk.
