| The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, attended a flag-raising ceremony in celebration of the 56th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China at the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai this morning (October 1). The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Rafael Hui, the Acting Financial Secretary, Mr John Tsang, senior government officials and hundreds of guests also attended the ceremony.
