FS unable to attend Xinjiang Celebration
**************************************** The Financial Secretary Mr Henry Tang, following doctor's advice, has to cancel his trip to Xinjiang because of a viral infection on his leg.
Mr Tang was originally scheduled to depart for Xinjiang today (September 29) to represent Hong Kong in the Central Delegation attending celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government will be represented by the Director of Beijing Office Mr Bowen Leung at the celebration in Xinjiang.
