Employer fined for breaching MPFS Ordinance

An employer was fined $5,000 at the Kwun Tong Magistracy today (September 20), after being convicted of an offence under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance.
In today's hearing, the defendant, I-Business Services Limited, pleaded guilty to one count of failing to enrol an employee in MPF scheme. The defendant was fined $5,000.
