Men arrested for murder in Chai Wan

Police yesterday (September 19) afternoon arrested five men in connection with a murder case in which a 22-year-old man was found dead in Chai Wan yesterday morning.

At about 6.30 am yesterday, Police received a report that a man was found lying unconscious on a lawn over Chai Wan North Service Reservoir.

The man sustaining injuries to his head was certified dead at the scene by ambulancemen.

Post mortem examination conducted on the deceased today (September 20) revealed that he died of brain haemorrhage.

Following extensive investigations, officers of the Regional Crime Unit of Hong Kong Island arrested five men aged between 15 and 19 in various locations in Chai Wan yesterday afternoon.

Investigations by the Regional Crime Unit of Hong Kong Island are underway. All the arrested men are still being detained for enquiries.
