Here is an item of interest to swimmers.
Due to large waves, the red flags were hoisted at Shek O Beach, Big Wave Bay Beach, Stanley Main Beach, Turtle Cove Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island; Silverstrand Beach in Sai Kung District this morning (September 18). It is dangerous to enter the waters off these beaches.
