Change of venue for Flag Presentation Ceremony and Torch

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department today (September 18) announced that due to inclement weather, the "Flag Presentation Ceremony and Torch Relay of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Delegation to the 10th National Games of the People's Republic of China" scheduled to be held at 10.30am today at Golden Bauhinia Square, Wan Chai will now be held at Hong Kong Park Sports Centre at the same hour.
The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, will present the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region flag to the delegation and pass a torch to triathlon sportsman Mr Lee Chi-wo and beach volleyball player Ms Kong Cheuk-yee as scheduled. However, the torch run will be cancelled.
