SCIT: This is the first step. Following the warning, they will be doing the prosecution. That is what the IFPI have said.
Reporter: What other measures do you think can be tagged onto this?
SCIT: Let us start one at a time. I think that is quite a good measure. They need to follow it up, because civil action can get into substantial financial compensation. They should pursue it appropriately.
