CE's speech at the Banquet in Honour of Vice-President Zeng Qinghong (with photos)

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, hosted a welcome dinner for the visiting Vice-President, Mr Zeng Qinghong, at Island Shangri-la Hotel this evening (September 11). About 400 guests including members of the Executive Council and Legislative Council, and community leaders attended the dinner. Mr Tsang addresses the dinner.
