Vice-President Mr Zeng Qinghong visits Cheerful Court in Kwun Tong this morning (September 11). Mr Zeng is briefed by Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food Dr York Chow on Hong Kong polices and services for the elderly during a visit to Cheerful Court.
