Prior agreement in exercising Police duties not required
******************************************************** In response to media enquiries, a Police spokesman stressed today (September 9) that no prior agreement by the management of the Hong Kong Disneyland is required when there is a need for the Police to enter the Disneyland to exercise their statutory powers.
Police will continue to closely liaise with the management of the Disneyland to facilitate police officers in exercising their duties.
