The Tsuen Wan District Office's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (New Territories West) will organise a free workshop entitled "Legal Aspects of Financial Management of Owners' Corporations in Building Management Ordinance" next Friday (September 9).
A solicitor will brief participants on financial management of owners' corporations concerning the keeping of accounts, management of funds and planning of annual budgets.
Owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of owners' corporations, members of mutual aid committees and personnel of building management companies are invited to attend the workshop, which will be held from 7.30pm to 9pm at the BMRC (New Territories West), 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
