District of residence: Wong Tai Sin
Date of onset: August 25
Symptoms: Fever, shortness of breath, cough and confusion
Medical consultation: Admitted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital on August 29.
Present condition: Hospitalised. In critical condition.
Travel history outside Hong Kong: Travelled to the Mainland from August 3 to 15.
Home contacts: His home contact has no symptoms.
Cumulative total of Legionnaires' disease cases in 2005: 6
Local cases: 2
Imported/local cases (pending classification): 4 (including today's case)
