To commemorate the 100th birthday of master painter Chao Shao-an (1905-1998), the Hong Kong Heritage Museum and the Guangzhou Museum of Art joined hands to present a retrospective exhibition to review Chao's achievements and contribution to the world of art. About 120 representative works of Chao will be showcased at the "Essence of Purity -- Exhibition to Commemorate the 100th Birthday of Chao Shao-an" from tomorrow (August 28) to January 2, 2006, at the Heritage Museum.
