Hongkong Post hosted the New "Bulk Registered Air Mail Service" launching ceremony at the General Post Office today (August 26). Managing Director, eBay HK & Singapore Mr. Frederic de Bure (right), and Assistant Postmaster General, Business Development Mr Dan Choi officiated at the ceremony.
