    The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow, will leave tomorrow (August 23) morning for Beijing. He will meet with the relevant authorities on issues relating to the furthering of co-operation with the Mainland in regard to food safety.

    Accompanying Dr Chow to Beijing will be his Administrative Assistant, Mr Andy Chan, and his Press Secretary, Mr Kelly So.
