Organised by the Home Affairs Department's Building Management Resource Centre (New Territories East), a February 24 workshop on handling water seepage problems in private buildings is now open to enrolment.

Speakers at the workshop will include representatives of the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.

Members of Owners' Corporations and Mutual Aid Committees of private buildings will have priority in enrolment. All attendees will be issued with a certificate.

The workshop will be held from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the Resource Centre, Room 510, 5/F, Shatin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road, Shatin. Applicants may either enrol at the centre or call 2158 5433 for registration forms.

A quiz will also be held from March 3 to 31 on the topic and the quiz paper will be available from the centre. A limited number of souvenir gifts will be given out to those who have correctly answered all the questions.
