A new Queen's Road Post Office opens today (January 19) at The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central, Shop Nos. 2A and 2B, Entrance Hall Floor.

The office was formerly located in the Wah Ying Cheong Central Building, 160-164 Queen's Road Central.

The new post office is open from 9.30am to 6pm on weekdays, and from 9.30am to 1pm on Saturdays.

"The old Queen's Road Post Office faithfully served this part of our Central business district for over 27 years," said Mr Allan Chiang, the Postmaster General. "In an effort to modernise and upgrade our facilities for the benefit of our customers, we took the initiative to move the office into new accommodation.

"The new office is housed in a first-class commercial building just opposite the old location. Its new design will provide added comfort to customers," added Mr Chiang.
