Hongkong Post today (October 14) issued "Hong Kong 2004 Stamp Expo Tourism Series No. 2 - Green Hong Kong", the latest in a series of stamp sheetlets being issued ahead of the international philatelic event scheduled for January 30 to February 3, 2004 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

In a ceremony at the General Post Office this morning, the Postmaster General, Mr Allan Chiang, and the Hon. Howard Young, who represents the tourism constituency in the Legislative Council, stamped a blow-up first day cover.

As a memento, Mr Chiang presented framed, serviced first-day covers to Mr Young and Mr Jason Chum, the designer of the special stamp sheetlet series.
