The Town Planning Board announced today (October 10) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred the approved Central District Outline Zoning Plan (OZP) and Mid-Levels West OZP to the Board for amendment.

Amendments to the approved OZPs are necessary to reflect the latest development proposals in the Central District and Mid-Levels West areas.

The above OZPs were last approved by the Chief Executive in Council on February 18, 2003 and June 25, 2002 respectively.

The Central District OZP and Mid-Levels West OZP incorporating the amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
