To promote effective building management, the Home Affairs Department's Building Management Resource Centre (Kowloon) has launched Building Management Topic Months, featuring video shows and board displays.
The topic for October is "Owners' Corporations (OCs) and Building Management Companies".
The six-month publicity campaign is launched in line with the May-to-October "Certificate Course in Building Management 2003", with topics on the formation of owners' corporations and enhancement of private building management standards.
Owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of owners' corporations and building management company personnel are invited to view the videos and displays at the Building Management Resource Centre (Kowloon), ground floor, 2 Mau Lam Street, Yau Ma Tei.

Members of the public are also welcome to borrow from among some 200 building management-related video tapes available at the centre.
The centre is open on Monday to Friday from 10 am to 10 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 6.30 pm.
