In the wake of the recent winding-up of a property management company, the Home Affairs Department has arranged for a briefing session on liquidation procedures to be held tomorrow (August 29) for affected building owners at the Lai Kok Community Hall, Sham Shui Po.

A representative from the Provisional Liquidators Appointed, the Ferrier Hodgson Limited, and a lawyer, Mr Chung Pui-lam, will brief participants on liquidation procedures and what the liquidators have done so far and give legal advice.

Private building owners and office-bearers of owners' corporations (OCs) affected by the incident are invited to attend the briefing session which will be held from 7.30 pm to 9 pm at the Lai Kok Community Hall, Lai Kok Estate, Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon.
