The Secretary for the Civil Service, Mr Joseph W P Wong, today (August 25) said that he was deeply saddened to learn the death of the 24-year-old Police Constable, Mr Wong Kit-hong, who was badly injured in a traffic accident in Tseung Kwan O while on duty on August 12.

"On behalf of the Civil Service, I offer my deepest condolences to Mr Wong's family.

"The Civil Service Bureau will make every effort to help Mr Wong's family to get over this difficult period," said the Secretary for the Civil Service.
