The Building Management Resource Centre (New Territories East) under the Home Affairs Department will organise a four-week "Building Management Certificate Course" every Thursday evening from August 7 to 28. Admission is free.

Representatives from the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Hong Kong Society of Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and the Law Society of Hong Kong will speak at the course which covers the topics, "Building Maintenance and Repair", "Financial Management of Owners' Corporations", "Owners' Corporations and Management Companies" and "Operation of Owners' Corporations".

Participants who have attended at least three of the four sessions will be awarded a certificate by the Shatin District Office.
