The Home Affairs Department's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (Kowloon) will organise a free building management workshop on "Understanding Legal Proceedings in Lands Tribunal, Small Claims Tribunal and Labour Tribunal" next month (August).

Owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of owners' corporations and building management company personnel are invited to attend the workshop which will be held on August 20 (Wednesday) from 7.30 pm to 9 pm at the BMRC (Kowloon), ground floor, 2 Mau Lam Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.

Representatives from the Law Society of Hong Kong will help participants understand the legal proceedings for claims relating to employment contracts and private building management matters.
