A total of 21 persons died and 20 others were injured in a fatal traffic incident on Tuen Mun Road in Tsuen Wan this (July 10) morning.

The deceased included 16 men and five women. Nineteen were identified, comprising 14 men and five women, aged between 24 and 66.

Twenty persons who were injured in the incident were admitted in four hospitals.

At 10 pm, three were still in critical condition, 13 were in serious condition while four in stable condition.

Police hotline 1878 999 is still effective for members of the public to make enquiries on the traffic incident.
