It is now learnt that 22 persons died in the traffic accident in Tuen Mun.

Twenty victims were injured and admitted to four hospitals. Among them were 10 male and 10 female, aged from nine to 54.

Four patients are in critical conditions, 12 are serious and one is stable. The conditions for three other patients in Yan Chai Hospital are not yet available.

The Home Affairs Department has set up four inter-departmental help desks to provide assistance and answer general public enquiries.
